When We Were Young is back for another year at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds this weekend October 18th & 19th, with a few pre festival shows taking place the 17th. In this article we’ll get into set times, our must see artists, & highlight Sad Punk Press alums.
The festival runs the same set times both days.
Our must see artists:
Destroy Boys – Their most recent album, Funeral Soundtrack #4, ranked 21st in our list of the 24 best albums of 2024.
Knocked Loose – Fresh off an epic headlining set at Sound & Fury a few months ago, this set is a must-see.
The Used – BOTH times we’ve photographed them, in 2020 & 2022 respectively, the band has performed with Keffiyehs on stage in support of Palestine. We respect a band that consistently is standing on business.
Letlive. – If I had to recommend you only see one set this weekend it would be Letlive. They made a triumphant return earlier this year and frontman Jason Aalon puts on a one of a kind show.
